A project where we worked on an iconic building—an architectural heritage site. A challenge in every sense of the word.
This 1970s beachfront construction required a decor that matched the grandeur of the space. Over 150 square meters of the apartment were carefully designed, incorporating a rich variety of colors, textures, and materials. Warm tones and premium-quality materials were selected to transform this Mediterranean seaside apartment into a luxurious and sophisticated retreat.
The goal was to maintain the original charm while infusing it with a refined contemporary aesthetic. Natural elements such as wood, stone, and linen were combined with elegant finishes to enhance the sense of comfort and exclusivity. Every detail, from the lighting to the bespoke furnishings, was meticulously chosen to create a seamless blend of tradition and modernity—an authentic Mediterranean sanctuary by the sea.
