In the heart of Valencia, we faced the challenge of optimizing space in a privileged apartment in the city center, with only 100 m² and the need to accommodate three bedrooms.
Our solution was to design an innovative renovation that made use of the space’s height, creating a new environment on the second floor. This strategy allowed us not only to increase the usable area of the apartment but also to meet the distribution expectations of our clients.
As for the decor, we transformed the city into a canvas for personal and sensory expression. Each decorative element tells its own story, adding depth and character to this urban landscape. From unique art pieces to carefully selected furniture, every detail combines to create a visual and emotional experience that captures the essence of those who inhabit the space.
