Invited by my clients to assist with the buying and selling of the apartment, the real magic began after that. Before starting, and working closely with them, we analyzed their needs to ensure that every corner of the over 150 m2 we had available would reflect their vision.
With each meeting, the circle was closing, and the Distribution and Renovation Project started to take shape. Once the concept was clear and with great excitement, we began the demolition to allow for the distribution of the new spaces. For six months, our team dedicated themselves entirely to bringing what was on paper to life, transforming this apartment into a special and unique place to live.
The details define us
Colors, textures, lighting, materials… Everything was agreed upon with the clients to create their perfect home. We invited the sea and sky into the space with shades of blue and turquoise, combined with whites and sands, creating the illusion that while at home, we were actually on the beach. Woods, rattan, velvets, and wallpapers helped us achieve contemporary yet timeless environments. And all you need to do is look at how satisfied my clients are to know we succeeded.
