The client’s needs were diverse, so we coordinated all aspects to meet their expectations. Initially, they were looking for a townhouse that would offer comfort and privacy, but from Ana Pastor, we advised them that for their lifestyle and with the future in mind, the best option would be to build a house from scratch—and that’s what we did. We handled everything, from the search and processing of the land purchase to building and designing what would become a new home.
As a result, a single-story house with open spaces, located with no neighboring properties and oriented to make the most of sunlight. A two-year project where the plans evolved and adjusted to the needs that arose along the way. We enjoy working closely with people, prioritizing their tastes and lifestyle.
We designed much more than a house, we designed a home, and we ensured the clients would live in a new space that meets all possible comforts and offers enviable privacy. A minimalist house that combines straight lines with organic and natural spaces in every room. From its kitchen with black and wood finishes to the spacious terrace with a pool surrounded by trees and natural plants, offering them the peace they sought within a residential environment.
