A Passive House That Merges Energy Efficiency and Art

This project represents the seamless fusion of sustainability and creativity, transforming a 50-year-old house into a modern, eco-friendly home. Our approach focused on enhancing the energy efficiency of the house while also honoring the artistic vision of the client. The result is a Passive House that delivers optimal energy savings while showcasing unique works of art in every corner.

Every detail of the design process was centered around sustainability. We conducted multiple studies on the home’s aerothermal system and how we could optimize energy consumption using solar panels and an organic construction approach. By harnessing the natural energy from the air, we achieved high efficiency with minimal maintenance costs.

The client’s artistic tastes were integral to the design, inspiring the creation of open spaces with an eclectic decor. Each room has its own distinct personality, yet they all complement each other to create harmonious living areas. The layout provides comfortable, fluid spaces that encourage movement throughout the home.

Lighting played a pivotal role in this transformation. A large window frames breathtaking views of the mountains, illuminating the main living area with natural light. Combined with strategically placed lighting and ambient effects, every corner of the house feels magical, special, and unique, offering an unforgettable living experience.
